Our UK deliveries will normally take between 3 and 6 working days to arrive from point of order.
All orders containing fresh fruit and vegetables are dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday weekly.
To protect your order bulk sacks will be sent separately so are not included for the free delivery threshold.

International orders
The UK has left the EU. This means that, from 1st January 2021, delivery charges from the UK to EU countries may increase and import duties, taxes and other customs charges may be applied.
Orders to Europe and other eligible countries are sent via Parcelforce Worldwide and incur delivery charges. However, due to changes in customs and import requirements, we are currently unable to dispatch to certain EU countries. This includes Germany, Denmark and Luxembourg, and the list of countries we are unable to deliver to may change from time to time.
Any VAT, import duties, customs charges or other costs imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility where goods are purchased for delivery outside the UK. We are unable to cover additional duties or charges imposed by the destination country.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict delivery to additional countries where changes to customs requirements or associated costs make delivery impractical.
When do we send out parcels?
Orders placed by 10 pm on day 1 are picked overnight and processed the following day (day 2). Providing all items ordered are in-stock, we dispatch your goods on day 2 and your order should be with you on day 3 or 4. Orders are delivered Monday - Friday only between 9 am - 6 pm. If there is a stock availability issue we will email you to inform you and will hold your order for up to 7 days unless you instruct us to do otherwise.
Your order should be with you 3 to 6 working days after it is placed unless you contact us to let us know that you would like the order to be held for an out of stock item.
When do we send out parcels containing Fresh Fruits & Vegetables?
At Real Foods we take pride in ensuring all of our Fruits and Vegetables are sent the same day that they arrive, your order will be sent on either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday with delivery the following day (except if you live in an area that does not qualify for 24-hour service).
All orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
Orders placed up until 10 pm on Tuesday (or Monday for remote post codes) will be fulfilled that week. All orders received after this time will be fulfilled the following week.
We strive to fulfil all orders as much as possible; however, due to changes in crops and seasons, some items may be unavailable. If this is the case, we will send all items that are available to you and cancel the remaining items.
Fruits and Vegetables that are sold by the weight will be fulfilled as close to your requested weight as possible. There are some items (Squash, Watermelon, Turnips, Cabbage, Celeriac, etc.) that may be too large and cannot be split. If this is the case, we will fulfil the total weight as much as possible.
Example: If 2 x 1kg of Squash is ordered and the smallest Squash available is 2kg, we will send this item to fulfil your order.
Delivery Addresses
It is critically important that the full delivery address is entered correctly including the correct postcode. Couriers will not consider compensation for items lost unless the delivery address and postcode are 100% correct.
Real Foods cannot be held responsible for items lost where an incorrect delivery address has been provided.
Bank and public holidays
Our couriers do not collect or deliver on bank and public holidays. Please see the details below for the upcoming holidays. We do still work on these days (except Christmas, Boxing Day and the 1st and 2nd of January) so your order will still be processed or packed but we cannot send out until the following day.
