This is our set flower honey, harvested early in the summer. Taste is mild in flavour and this honey is popular with just about everybody.

When I go up to Northumberland and stay at Haggerston Castle I always go to the Honey Farm and buy jars of honey it's the only place that I buy it from it is absolutely fantastic
