About Flaxseed Brown Linseed
Flaxseed is a plant that is cultivated for its oil rich seeds. The all natural oil, packed with omega 3, is also known as Linseed Oil and it is highly recommended for general well being and nutrition. Flaxseeds have a nutty flavour and are excellent sprinkled on salads, cereals, and yoghurt. Try stirring 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed into your favourite fruit / vegetable juice, or milk.
