Delicious rice! It has a subtly fragrant basmati flavour, but, because it's brown it has a little more earthiness. A beautiful balance of flavours and very healthy. Cooks in about 25 minutes.

Basmati is the king of rices in terms of flavour. Brown Basmati cooks to a much fluffier texture than other brown rices. Brown rice is a wholegrain: the bran has not been stripped from the rice in the process of milling it to get white rice, making it rich in B vitamins, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, copper, manganese and selenium!
