About White Cashew Nuts Pieces
Cashews are a creamy delicious nut. They are a very good source of monounsaturated fats (high in oleic acid which promotes good cardiovascular health) and copper, and a good source of magnesium and phosphorus. Eat raw or sauté for a few minutes and sprinkle through salads, vegetables or mix with maple syrup and make a wonderful topping for dessert.

Cashews can be a bit pricey, so if you are going to blend them or crush them, it really makes sense to buy these broken pieces (which are large, anyway).
