Ordering from Real Foods is a life saver! Great products that are hard to source elsewhere, and good prices too. They always let me know if something is out of stock, and give an option of waiting, or sending the order without it. I've even been able to email them after placing an order to add items. Quick responses. Delivery is quick and packaged well too. Have ordered 4 times now with no issues.

The communication is really great
I ordered some organic coconuts from Real Foods, it was my first time ordering from them. The communication is really great - they have notified me of the slight delay in delivery. But, to be fair, the delay was only a couple of days. I would not even call it a delay :) Anyway, the coconuts were really great and fresh, with lots of coconut water. The packaging was good as well, with paper filling inside rather than plastic bubble wrap!

Great choice of gluten free items at good prices. Arrived quickly, and when the order came it was very well packaged, so everything was well protected - unlike similar orders from different companies where biscuits were broken. All items were dated well in advance. Everything was gluten free and for my husband, so it was like an early Christmas hamper! Will definitely use them again and recommend to others.
