You are welcome to purchase the items not available with Click & Collect Classic separately in our stores when you come to collect anything else you might have ordered.
Click & Collect Extra will be automatically applied at checkout if your order includes any products that are only eligible for that service.

Please do not visit to collect without first having received email confirmation that your order is ready for collection. We will contact you when your order is ready.

Stock availability
Stock is correct at time of ordering but is subject to change and some items may be sold out before orders are picked.
All orders will be fulfilled as far as possible with available stock. If any of the items you have ordered are out of stock, we will send you an email with details, you can choose to cancel the out of stock item(s) and we will prepare it for collection the next day.
Alternatively, if you are happy to wait, we will hold the order for up to 7 days to allow any outstanding items ordered to be included.
Non Collection Policy
If you do not collect your order, your order will be cancelled and a £4.99 administration fee will be automatically deducted from your refund.
Can someone collect on my behalf?
You can ask someone else to collect the order for you but please give them a note confirming that you have asked them to collect it for you.
Please make sure anyone collecting on your behalf brings your order number with them.
