I was a bit worried about buying such a large quantity of coffee without knowing anything about it. I thought at the time a review would have helped - so here is one. I have just finished this pack and re-ordered. I kept the beans in the freezer and ground a couple of days worth at a time. They stayed fresh. This really does make a delicious cup of coffee - quite smooth - yes, a light acidity and sweet but not too delicate. Quality.
