Organic Corn Cous Cous ingredients: 100% Organic Maize (Corn). Allergens - This product has no allergen warnings at arrival to Real Foods, if it is packed down we must alert that theire is the possibility of cross-contamination in storage or transport. This is NOT a certfied Gluten Free product.

About Organic Corn Cous Cous

Corn Cous Cous is a naturally gluten free alternative to the wheat variety. Made purely from corn, it has twice the protein and four times the amount of carbohydrate than regular wheat cous cous. Add equal parts cous cous and liquid, leave to stand for 10 minutes, fluff up with a fork and an easy side dish is made. Just add herbs, spices and seasoning to your own taste.

I love cous cous salad whenever I have party guests so discovering this gluten free corn cous cous was great when i started having friend who didn't want to eat gluten. You really need less of it than wheat cous cous as it is very filling.
