About Organic Cannellini Beans
Cannellini Beans from Mr Organic are a versatile Italian classic. You can add it to vegetable soups, including the classic Italian minestrone. You can mix them with tinned tuna, French beans, red onion, a little grated parmesan and dress with olive oil and lemon juice for a fantabulous salad. You can also stew with onion, sausage, sage, garlic and tomatoes for a winter casserole. However you use them, these beans are a low-GI food, which means they releases energy nice and slowly, making you feel fuller for longer.
