Emma Basic Shirataki Konjac noodles are the perfect alternatives to sir fry noodles, spaghetti and ramen. SUPPORT INTERMITTENT FASTING: Our Konjac Noodles contain more than 95% water. The rest is glucomannan fibre. It gives you a feeling of fullness and helps to reduce hunger when fasting. Shirataki" is Japanese for "white waterfall," which describes the noodles' translucent appearance. It carries flavours well and has an al dente texture.
