About Organic Marrow

Marrow are members of the squash family. High in Dietary Fibre, Vitamin C, Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, Folate, Magnesium, Potassium, Manganese, Protein, Vitamin A, Vitamin K, thiamine, Niacin, Phosphorus and Copper. They are delicious as a substitute for carrot in carrot cake, oven baked (try spicing it up with a little paprika and ginger after 20 minutes in the oven) or in soups. They are great stuffed or used in layers with tomato sauce for a great winter warmer.
