Nutritional values per 100g : Energy 1159Kj/273Kcal, Protein 2.1g, Carbohydrate 79.2g - Of which sugars 59.2g, Fat 0.46g - Of which saturates 006g, Fibre 2g, Sodium 0.06g.

About Organic Thompson Raisins

Raisin varieties depend on the type of grape used. This variety 'Thompson's' are also known as Sultanas, they are a seedless variety. They have no added sulphur dioxide, just a little organic sunflower oil to prevent them clumping.

Great in muesli, baking and simply as a delicious snack.

Raisins are one of the richest sources of the mineral boron and provide concentrated amounts of polyphenolic phytonutrients.
