About Organic Pasta Flour

This traditional type 'O' pasta flour has been especially blended for making pasta by hand or in a domestic pasta machine. It is a high protein flour that has been ground from a blend of 'durum' and the common 'aestivum' wheats. It also excels as a Pizza dough and bread making flour.
