Potato Starch, Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein (soya, maize), Sea Salt, Palm Oil (sustainable), Vegetables 10% (onion, parsnip, leek, carrot), Maize Starch, Parsley, Celery Seed, Turmeric, White Pepper, Garlic, Mace, Lovage, Nutmeg.

Reduced Salt Swiss Vegetable Bouillon instant stock or use it as a delicious hot drink. All Marigold Bouillons are free from preservatives, nuts, colouring, artificial flavouring, gluten or GM materials.

This is much better than the Kallo alternatives. Kallo is also good, but this seems to be much less salty, so you can use it in higher concentrations without it becoming overpowering. It is best to mix it with some arrowroot to thicken it out a bit - which you can also buy from Real Foods.
