I was given a soup maker for Christmas and I am becoming a real fan of this broth mix from Real Foods. I started by buyibg a very small amount as I wasn't sure whether I would like it or not. Now I have bought a big bag that will last me longer! It is a bit of a nusiance that you have to soak it overnight - it is a test of memory. But the results make it well worht it.
