About Organic Oak Aged Balsamic Vinegar

This organic balsamic is a dark, concentrated, and intensely flavoured true balsamic vinegar, made traditionally in Modena, Italy, by one of the oldest and most respected family-owned vinegar manufacturers. Perfect for making dressings and marinades and drizzling over salads, roasted vegetables or strawberries. It can be mixed with olive oil to create a starter dip with warm crusty bread.
