It tastes really nice and I'm glad it's not too sweet. As it has a high cocoa content it is said to be beneficial for health. Much non-organic chocolate can contain high levels of pesticide, and some countries' chocolate may contain lindane - a pesticide which has been mainly withdrawn in western countries because it can cause breast cancer. I am so grateful that yours is organic.
