About Organic Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil

Rapeseed oil, commonly known as canola, contains both omega 6 and omega 3 fatty acids and is one of the most heart-healthy oils. It has been shown to be beneficial in hay fever and asthma sufferers. Biona Rapeseed Oil - First Cold Pressing Organic 500ml contains ten times more omega 3 than olive oil and is naturally rich in vitamin E, an antioxidant.
