About Organic Black Beans Turtle
Organic Black Turtle Beans. Great for soups and stews and essential for black bean burritos. Soak overnight, rinse and bring to the boil, simmer until soft - between 45-60 minutes. Black Turtle Beans are brilliant for supporting digestive tract health - even better than lentils or chickpeas. In addition they are very high in phytonutrients (from their black colour).

These organic black beans are fantastic for adding extra depth an flavour to soups and casseroles. I love using them in a vegetable stew. They add a great colour as well as flavour.
